Appointment Booking
Please call to schedule an appointment at 905-285-0002. We recognize that your life is busy, so our receptionists will try and find a time that suits you best. Out of time, you may prefer to use one of our online forms to Request an Appointment. For submitted requests, we will call you within 1 business day to set up an appropriate appointment.
Without an appointment, there may be a bit of a wait as we attend to our regularly scheduled clients. Of course an emergency always takes precedent. Please just call ahead and come right in.
Patient Arrival
For everyone’s comfort and safety (the two and four-legged kind), all dogs must be on a leash and all cats must be in carriers.
No-Show Policy
To ensure that we can accommodate everyone, we have a no-show fee for missed appointments. If an appointment has been confirmed but you do not show up, a fee of $50.00 will be applied to your account. This fee helps us cover the time and resources that were reserved for your pet's care.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you believe you have extenuating circumstances that prevented you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. These situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Payment
We will be happy to fully explain our charges and provide detailed estimates. We will also update you on costs incurred during hospitalization so that there are no surprises. We will aim to work within your means, and can also recommend companies that can assist with credit if necessary. We will, however, require deposits for animals coming into the hospital, and full payment at the time services are rendered. Please speak with a member of our client care team if you have any questions.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Interact, and Cash. We are unable to accept personal cheques.

Health and Safety
We welcome both you and your pet to our facility, but we take the health and safety of our staff very seriously. Please provide us with advance knowledge if your pet is known to be aggressive. In most cases we can offer a number of options that can ensure a safe outcome, such as muzzles, blankets, or sedation.
